TRCM Meeting Minutes 3 August 2024
I. Call to order: 10:01 14 members present.
II. Announcements from the floor: The owners would like to reserve the airfield for their annual tractor show, The date hasn’t been set yet, but it will be sometime in Sep. or Oct. I attended the one last year and it was pretty interesting.
III. Visitors and new members: We had two new members voted in at the beginning of the meeting. They are John S and Jim V. Welcome guys.
IV. Officer reports
President: Mark H Absent
Vice President: Neil G – A past member, Robert Kleinberg passed away recently and his wife donated a considerable amount of Robert’s airplanes and equipment to the club. She related how the raffle was his favorite. A big thank you to Neil for sorting through the stuff and picking out the the stuff that was worth keeping.
Secretary: Al D Nothing
Treasurer: Bob K Absent
Field Marshall: Randy L, Anthony G: Need volunteers to help spruce up the site for the tractor show. Wants to pressure wash the tables and chairs and of course, cut the grass and spray.
Safety coordinator: Nick C: Wanted to know if anybody knew why there was a cone at East end of the runway, He is going to remove it at the end of the meeting.
Webmaster: Neil G
V. Old Business: Getting rid of container, Porta pottie needs to be emptied. Bob K. said he would call. Webmaster needs to be reimbursed, for his expenses. Donald L. said he would take the container if the owner did not want it. Chris K. volunteered to fix the door and maybe paint. Need volunteer, with pickup, to haul away garbage inside.
VI. New Business: Don B. offered a club anniversary t-shirt to anybody who would want it, It was too small for him. Randy L. set the date for his Night Fly. It is going to be the 12th of Oct.
VII. Show and tell: Don brought in a Mustang.

Adjourn & raffle 10:37 In place of the club raffle, we raffled off Kleinberg’s donations. We netted a total of $200.00. Thank you very much, Mrs. Kleinberg.
