TRCM Meeting Minutes 7 February 2026
I. Call to order: 10:00 12 members present, 3 late comers
II. Announcements from the floor: Santi, brought 3 12 packs of sodas for the members. Thanks Santi.
III. Visitors and new members: Santi’s parents.
IV. Officer reports
President: Mark Huntley Mark tells about how the new website requires only one form for registration. Seems like the tractor just neededa little rest. Randy mowed the field and everything was working just fine. Need to spray for weeds.
Vice President: Neil Gates
Secretary: Al Doucette
Treasurer: Bob Keller Treasurer states that we have 57 paid up members.
Field marshall: Randy Laney, Randy not present, but Anthony is still taking care of the weeds
Safety coordinator: Nick Clayton Pay attention to your aircraft, especially if you are flying alone. If you crash, heaven forbid, make sure you pick up all the pieces of the wreckage. Need to rake the clods at the edge of the runway.
Webmaster: Neil Gates Thank you Mark, for changes to website. Eliminated the officers individual numbers, now, only one address for TRCM.
V. Old Business: Still need to paint shade structure wooden framing.
VI. New Business: Discussion about a new large raffle prize. It was decided, that we would continue the raffle with the large prize of the $350.00 R/C Country gift card, only.
