III. Visitors and new members: We voted in a new member, Nick Irvine. Nick was a member of Delta Valley Modelers several years ago. Welcome. Nick.
IV. Officer reports
President: Mark Huntley It was announced that the September meeting was being cancelled because TRCM is hosting the Gold Rush IMAC event. Mark also presented, to the club, $1000.00, the results of the West Coast Challenge IMAC and selling lunches at the June event.
Vice President: Neil Gates Nothing
Secretary: Al Doucette Nothing
Treasurer: Bob Keller Treasurer’s report, with the addition of the $1000.00 to the treasury, we are doing really well, with no expenses recorded.
Field marshall: Randy Laney, The tractor is really doing well, cutting our grass.
Safety coordinator: Nick Clayton Nick remarked for us to not do anything stupid. Mark want’s all engine’s shut off with the airplane facing either up or down the runway, not through a gateway, just in case of a malfunction.

VI. New Business: Mark and Neil rented a U-Haul truck to pick up Mike Rs’ airplane “stuff”. Mike and his partner perished in their airplane a few months ago and his sister wanted us to have all of his hobby collection. The plan is to inventory it, take pictures of it, so club members can have a chance to buy whatever, they take a fancy to, with the long-range plan to have a club swap meet.
