We are looking for volunteers and asking that you select a position below to help with the upcoming IMAC Gold Rush Challenge hosted by TRCM. We are expecting 16 pilots and could sure use the help to put on another great event for our fellow community pilots. Click on “Find Out More” under the position below that you are interested in. Feel free to sign up for more than one time slot if you’d like. Here is a breakdown of roles:
Runner – Collects the judging sheets from the scribes and takes them to the scorekeeper. Also helps to notify up-coming judges based on the matrix set up that day.
Scribe – Writes down scores that the judges dictate. This helps them focus on the task of judging pilots against a given sequence.
Server – Helps serve lunch time meal to the pilots, volunteers and club/family members present.
