Dear Mark: thanks for your option to leave a comment. Here are some thoughts and memories regarding Greg. He always parked at the entry end at the field and I usually made a visit there each time I flew at Tokay. A peek into Greg’s trailer usually generated a colorful history of all the planes in the trailer with crashes, past owners and what ever else Greg though a new comer like me needed to know! A visit at Tokay also revealed Greg’s philosophy about his caring for the membership at Tokay, based on his usual cordial visit to each person at the field, you soon learned that Greg was Mister Tokay and these visits were a wonderful part of an RC pilots day at the field. Greg more often than not complemented your flying even though your plane often went home in a black garbage bag! I was also touched by Greg’s quiet attention to the financial needs of deceased members and their families. Greg served in almost all Club management offices with poise and distinction. Tokay and I have have lost a wonderful friend, you will be missed. Aloha, Jim Doyle
