VI. New Business: Nominations for club officers
For President, Mervin O. for Vice President, Jacob L and Donald L. Al D. will stay on as Secretary. Randy L. and Anthony G. volunteered to fulfill the duties of field marshalls. Richard A. is going to remain as Safety Officer. However, he brought up the fact that some of the rules were not being adhered to and admonishment was being ignored. Someone suggested that there be a fine, but a discussion brought to light, the fact that, club bylaws has provisions, whereby, people who do not adhere to the rules, after three complaints against them, can be voted out of the club. It is my suggestion, that the Safety Officer being ignored, is cause for a complaint, and he should file one to the board, so appropriate action can be taken. Neil was not present, but it was assumed that he will remain as webmaster. Note that, nominations can still be made before the voting begins at the meeting.
