Oakdale Spring Fling IMAC
Overall, there were 20 pilots flying in the Oakdale Spring Fling IMAC contest. We endured cooler temps; some wind and even a sprinkle or two. Overall, a fantastic weekend.
Jacob Lloyd won the Basic class. There were 6 pilots in Basic. The winning order was: (1) Jacob Lloyd, (2) James Collins, (3) Mike Croft, (4) Rod Larmour, (5) Scott Nathan and (6) Donald Lloyd.
Dave Miller won the Sportsman class. There were 4 pilots in Sportsman. The winning order was: (1) Dave Miller, (2) Dale Grant, (3) Thomas Ford and (4) Steven Reynolds.
George Silva won the Intermediate class. There were 4 pilots in Intermediate. The winning order was: (1) George Silva, (2) Nick Clayton, (3) Mitch Biddle and (4) Don Brown.
Neil Gates won the Advanced class. There were 4 pilots in Advanced. The winning order was: (1) Neil Gates, (2) Ken Gregory, (3) Mark Huntley and (4) Bill Vargas.
Matthew Morell won the Unlimited class. There were 2 pilots in Unlimited. The winning order was: (1) Matthew Morell and (2) Mickey Crawley.
George Silva won the Seniors class. There were 10 pilots in Seniors. The winning order was: (1) George Silva, (2) Dave Miller, (3) Dale Grant, (4) Ken Gregory, (5) Don Brown, (6) Nick Clayton, (7) Mitch Biddle, (8) Mark Huntley, (9) Bill Vargas and (10) Steven Reynolds.
The tightest competition was for 3rd place in the Intermediate class, with only 0.349 points difference between Mitch Biddle and Don Brown!
