Due to the extreme heat forecast for this weekend, the July club meeting will be moved up by one hour this Saturday the 15th from 10am to 9am. Thanks for your flexibility. The IMAC boot camp will continue following the meeting for as long as we can safely stand the heat. Make sure to bring lots of water to stay hydrated.
