Yesterday during the June club meeting, our president shared the idea of putting an air tag in one’s airplane to make it easier to find if it goes down in the farm field while the crops are high. A quick search of “Air Tag” in my Amazon app returned several options to choose from. One member shared that there are card versions available for your wallet or purse. Please be aware that this version is only compatible with Apple phones. There are similar options for Android devices; however, they are about double the price as these, which seem to be on sale at the moment. Either way, check them out and see what works best for you.
I hope you never have to use an air tag while flying, but it’s pretty cheap insurance against your prize plane becoming plant food…
